Chili Cookoff in Somers, CT
Members of the International Chili Society are coming together in Connecticut to stage a fund-raising cookoff for the families of the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy.
The cookoff is set for Saturday, Jan. 19, in Somers, CT, and there will be a full house of 40 cooks.
All proceeds will be donated to the Sandy Hook Fire Department for dispersal to the families.
The chili, chile verde and salsa competition should make for great tasting for those attending the event.
